We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by generating leads and closing deals in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition Generate qualified leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, social media campaigns, and property portals. Engage with potential buyers, investors, and tenants to understand their property requirements. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms. 2. Client Interaction and Relationship Management Meet prospective clients to understand their property needs, budget, and location preferences. Educate clients about available properties, investment options, and project details. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Offer personalized property solutions by analyzing customer preferences and market trends. 3. Property Presentation and Sales Support Organize property site visits and assist clients in exploring different projects. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, payment plans, property features, and legal documentation. Assist clients in comparing properties to find the best value for their investment. Support the sales team during deal negotiations and ensure smooth transaction closures. 4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis Conduct research on real estate trends, property pricing, and investment opportunities. Monitor competitor projects, offerings, and marketing strategies. Share insights with the management team to improve sales strategies and property promotions. Keep updated about new property launches, real estate regulations, and government policies. 5. Coordination and Reporting Collaborate with marketing teams to plan property promotions and lead-generation campaigns. Work closely with property developers, builders, and channel partners to enhance business opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and revenue performance. Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools to track follow-ups and conversions. Required Skills and Competencies 1. Communication and Presentation Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages. Ability to confidently present property features, project details, and investment benefits. Active listening skills to understand client requirements and preferences. 2. Sales and Negotiation Abilities Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close property deals effectively. Ability to handle objections and convince clients with facts and value-driven propositions. Experience in managing high-value transactions and investment discussions is an added advantage. 3. Market Knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, property trends, and investment opportunities. Awareness of localities, infrastructure developments, and future growth prospects. Knowledge of property regulations, RERA guidelines, and documentation processes preferred. 4. Technical and Analytical Skills Familiarity with CRM software, lead management systems, and MS Office tools. Ability to conduct data analysis related to property pricing, ROI, and customer demographics.
