Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in outbound calling, and committed to exceeding targets. This hybrid role in Hyderabad requires a proactive approach to identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Sales:
- Make a minimum of 54 calls per week to prospective clients.
- Achieve a minimum close rate of 25% on qualified leads.
- Follow-up on leads generated from various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and present CloudHire's value proposition.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and sales progress in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
- Share insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in a sales development or similar outbound sales role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with set KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: 25,000 per month
- Commission: Attractive commission structure leading to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of 8.2 - 9 LPA.
- Competitive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
- 6 months on track KPI moves to US SAAS sales, with a minimum of 30LPA OTE

Work Environment:

- Hybrid work model based in Hyderabad, offering flexibility with a blend of in-office and remote work.
- Work schedule includes 6 days a week with a half-day on Saturdays.
