If you are a sales-driven leader who can own a region and drive results, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional Sales Growth - Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in your assigned region

- Dealer Network Expansion - Identify and onboard new dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones

- Corporate & Government Sales - Drive high-value deals with corporate clients and government agencies

- Sales Team Management - Lead and support Sales Executives to maximize performance and achieve regional quotas

- Market & Competitor Analysis - Track market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics

- Sales Reporting & CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Industry Equipment/Tools/Electronics/Hardware distribution

- Proven track record in dealer acquisition, corporate sales, and government contracts

- Strong leadership and team management experience

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Experience in working with CRM tools & sales analytics
