- Sales Head/ Team Lead - B2B Sales

- Location: Delhi, India

- Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in Industry Equipment/ Tools/ Electronics/Hardware distribution

- Compensation: Competitive salary + Annual Bonus, Incentives, Medical Insurance, Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our dealer network, corporate sales, and government contracts

- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Build, manage, and mentor a 10-member sales team across different B2B verticals

- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and corporate clients

- Optimize B2B e-commerce and marketplace sales strategies for Amazon Business, IndiaMART, and direct website sales

- Track KPIs, sales performance, and incentive programs to drive team success

- Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales execution

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Industry Equipment/Tools/Electronics/Hardware distribution

- Strong dealer & corporate network management skills

- Proven ability to drive high-value government sales and e-procurement deals

- Leadership experience in managing and scaling a high-performing sales team

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM tools & sales reporting

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for aggressive revenue growth
