We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our growing STAAH team The role is non-technical but requires a good understanding of using technology excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities You will be responsible for onboarding new clients managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-driven tech-comfortable eager to learn and looking to grow in the hospitality technology sector Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of STAAH services Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries Coordinate with the Partner Services and Sales team within India to resolve client needs Upsell and cross-sell STAAH products to existing customers Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls emails and business updates Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate records Provide solutions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships Requirements Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred Fresher Experience in customer service client servicing or customer support roles Good command over English verbal written will be an added advantage Ability to use technology comfortably MS Office email CRM tools etc Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Positive attitude with a strong drive to learn and grow Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
