About Us At SMVV Edutech Advisory Pvt Ltd we are your trusted partners in achieving financial success We leverage our in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape to help individuals and families secure the best loan options and strategically utilize government schemes Our goal is to empower our clients to build a strong and sustainable financial foundation for their future Position Overview The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing client interactions addressing queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience The role includes coordinating with internal teams maintaining customer satisfaction and handling basic inside-sales activities Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Handle customer queries concerns and feedback promptly Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products services Coordinate with internal teams sales operations support for smooth customer service Maintain customer records and update information in CRM software Resolve issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through processes Identify customer needs and share upselling or cross-selling opportunities with the sales team Prepare reports on customer interactions feedback and follow-ups Ensure timely communication with clients via calls emails and messages Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred Ability to work in a team and handle customer escalations calmly Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current or last drawn CTC What is your notice period Work Location In person
