MAGAS Services is a premier corporate advisory and professional services firm with operations across India and the GCC including the UAE We specialize in corporate structuring compliance management investment facilitation M A support and business advisory services for clients across diverse industries Our expert legal team ensures that business operations in India and the UAE remain fully compliant with statutory regulations while supporting sustainable growth and seamless cross-border expansion Role Purpose The Marketing and Sales Executive will drive MAGAS s growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns and implementing end-to-end sales strategies This role combines digital marketing expertise with sales acumen to generate leads acquire clients users increase brand visibility and convert prospects into revenue Key Responsibilities a Marketing Plan execute and monitor campaigns across platforms LinkedIn Instagram Facebook etc to drive engagement reach and brand visibility Monitor and optimize paid campaigns on social media and search platforms to generate leads traffic and conversions Write engaging content including posts graphics videos emailers newsletters blogs and presentations in collaboration with design and content teams Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing user engagement and promotional activities Collaborate with sales to nurture leads through marketing touchpoints and campaigns to improve conversion rates Monitor KPIs such as engagement rates CTR conversion rates and campaign ROI analyze results and recommend improvements Assist with on-page content updates and basic SEO practices to improve website visibility Assist in planning strategizing and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives Work closely with design content product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives b Sales Identify qualify and reach out to potential clients users through research social media networking and inbound channels Acquire new clients users or relevant content through targeted outreach and engagement strategies Manage the full sales funnel lead generation prospect engagement presentations demos negotiations deal closure Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospects and clients to ensure repeat business Develop customized proposals presentations and pitches tailored to client needs Handle client objections negotiate terms and close deals effectively Upselling Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to expand products services with existing clients Work with internal teams to customize solutions for clients Track and report on KPIs conversion metrics and sales forecasts suggest process improvements Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Communications or related field 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing social media management PPC campaigns lead generation and sales Strong understanding of social media paid campaigns email marketing and digital content strategy Experience in lead nurturing client acquisition and sales funnel management Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM marketing analytics and campaign management tools Proactive results-driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment Performance Indicators KPIs Number and quality of leads generated Conversion rate of prospects into users clients Social media engagement reach and campaign ROI Email campaign performance open rates CTR conversions Revenue growth client satisfaction and upselling success Timely execution of marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups Perks Benefits Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives Exposure to end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and sales operations Opportunity to manage client-facing campaigns and high-impact internal projects Creative and strategic autonomy in campaign planning and execution Flexible work arrangements and access to learning opportunities Career growth in a fast-paced innovation-driven startup environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Application Question s What is the one thing that you like about Sales Education Master s Required Experience Digital marketing 2 years Required Lead generation 2 years Required Content creation 2 years Required Content strategy 2 years Required B2B sales 2 years Required Language English Required Location Panaji Goa Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
