About Us At Xpanse Coffee we believe coffee is more than just a drink it s a ritual a moment of pause and a reason to connect As a growing coffee chain we re passionate about crafting exceptional experiences for our customers both in-store and online We re now looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help us elevate our brand and expand our digital presence Key Responsibilities Content Creation Management Develop engaging and brand-consistent content for social media email campaigns blogs and websites Coordinate photoshoots and collaborate with designers for visual content Social Media Management Plan and execute organic and paid social media strategies across platforms Instagram Facebook X LinkedIn Google my business etc Monitor trends and community engagement to grow our audience Campaign Strategy Execution Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive store traffic online orders and brand awareness Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to align marketing goals Performance Analytics Track analyze and report on KPIs across digital channels using tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and email platforms Provide insights and recommendations for improving performance SEO Website Optimization Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking Coordinate with web developers for UX and landing page improvements Requirements Bachelor s degree Marketing Communications Business or related field is a plus 1 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the F B or retail industry Proficiency in social media tools Google Ads SEO email marketing platforms and analytics tools Strong copywriting and communication skills Passion for coffee branding and creating unique customer experiences Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask What We Offer Opportunity to shape the voice of a fast-growing coffee brand Dynamic work environment with a passionate and driven team Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding company Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Morning shift Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
