Job Description:-The incumbent would also be responsible for the following:-•Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal] or cold-knocking [in case of Door-to-Door]• Conducting appliance health checkup and demo of appliances• Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers• Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any• To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances Any other Requirements – Bike is preferred for this role.Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and CRM tools. Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Soft Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
