We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive with a passion for finance and stock markets to join our Equity & Demat Sales Team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining the benefits of opening a Demat and trading account, and converting leads into active customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective clients from lead database to promote Demat & trading account opening.
  • Explain the benefits and features of equity trading, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, etc.
  • Convert leads into active customers by assisting them through the onboarding process.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely completion of documentation.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telesales, especially in BFSI, is an advantage.
  • NISM certifications (e.g., NISM Series VII) are a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of stock markets, trading, and investment instruments.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to handle pressure.
