We're expanding rapidly and are looking for Business Development Associates who are passionate about sales, communication, and helping students make the right choices. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential students (warm leads) and conduct detailed need analysis. - Pitch our services confidently and close deals with empathy and professionalism. - Consistently manage and follow up on your lead pipeline to achieve monthly targets. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. - Maintain CRM records and generate weekly sales performance reports. - Participate in team huddles, share insights, and contribute ideas for growth. What You'll Be Doing: - Speak with prospective students who have shown interest in our services. - Identify their needs and recommend the best Study Buddy services. - Build meaningful relationships and close sales with integrity and confidence. - Track your leads daily, follow up regularly, and exceed your conversion targets. - Work hand-in-hand with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client journey. - Share weekly updates, challenges, and learnings with your team. Who We're Looking For : - Fresh graduates willing to start their career in sales or business development. (B2C preferred) - Excellent communication skills fluent in English and confident on phone/video calls. - Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based rewards. - Curious, coachable, and eager to grow in a dynamic startup culture. - Comfortable using CRM tools and Excel (or quick to learn).
