Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote our training programs.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and providing accurate information.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and support sales targets.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and ensure conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Telecaller Executive. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, following up with potential clients, providing product information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets and building customer relationships.

Requirements

- 1 - 2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling, including cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
