About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and driven IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our software solutions to achieve business growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT products and services, and a goal-oriented mindset, we'd love to hear from you This role includes a three-month probationary period, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation. Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through market research and outreach. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. - Present and promote JIITAK's software solutions to potential customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and quotations. - Manage the full sales cycle- from lead generation to closing deals. - Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights to the management team. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related client-facing role. - Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or IT service sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales tracking software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
