Job Description Job Title: Email Automation Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Email Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our email outreach and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all communication is accurately targeted, efficiently executed, and aligned with our marketing and sales objectives. What You'll Do: As an Email Automation Specialist, you will handle the planning, execution, and optimization of automated email sequences. Your role will include managing workflows, maintaining data hygiene, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all campaigns. Responsibilities: - Set up and manage automated email sequences using tools such as Apollo.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Create, organize, and maintain segmented lead lists while ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness. - Build and execute outreach campaigns for lead generation, sales initiatives, and marketing communication. - Monitor key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and deliverability. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, scheduling, and overall campaign performance. - Ensure all email templates and messaging adhere to brand guidelines and communication standards. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align automation workflows with business goals. - Identify and troubleshoot issues related to automation, integrations, or deliverability. - Continuously evaluate and refine automation processes for improved efficiency. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in email automation, CRM management, digital outreach, or related fields. - Hands-on experience with Apollo.io is preferred, along with platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar. - Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, workflow structure, and outreach best practices. - Ability to analyze performance data and draw actionable insights. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise email content. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently when required.
