Key Responsibilities: - Partner Management:Recruit, onboard, train, and maintain relationships with channel partners (resellers, distributors). - Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute channel sales strategies, programs, and incentives to boost revenue and market reach. - Performance & Reporting:Monitor partner performance, analyze sales data, forecast, and report results to management. - Collaboration:Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure partner success and goal alignment. - Sales Execution:Drive campaign activity with partners and ensure they are equipped to sell products effectively. Essential Skills: - Strong relationship-building and communication. - Strategic thinking and planning. - Data analysis and reporting. - Understanding of sales processes and industry trends.
