Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Channel Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and onboarding channel partners, maintaining relationships with them, and driving sales through the channel network. Key duties include developing strategic plans for channel development, providing support to channel partners, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and assistance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management practices, including the ability to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service skills to ensure effective communication and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and strategically with channel partners to create mutual growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the financial services or accounting software industry would be an advantage.
