Responsibilities - Manage and lead the HR department to ensure that HR practices align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization - Provide strategic direction for the HR department and initiatives - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing and onboarding of new employees - Oversee employee performance management and provide coaching and feedback - Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts as needed - Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations - Collaborate with other departments to support business goals and objectives Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field - 7-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and manage a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work collaboratively with other departments - Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures - Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution - Experience in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
