Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Identify and target potential clients within the HORECA segment, including hotels, restaurants, cafs, and catering companies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Present product offerings and recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements in alignment with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the HORECA industry.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide product updates, and gather feedback.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities to expand market share within the HORECA sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote the brand and generate leads.

Product Knowledge & Promotion

- Develop a deep understanding of the companys product range and its applications in the HORECA industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for clients to showcase product benefits.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product availability.

Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts and maintain updated records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the HORECA industry or FMCG/Foodservice sector.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice and hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
