About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Regional Manager to lead our tele sales operations across multiple locations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales teams excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to drive performance using data insights and sales metrics Roles and Responsibilities - Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locations- Drive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performance- Monitor daily weekly monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisions- Design and implement sales processes scripts and campaigns for various products services- Collaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and development- Motivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIs- Prepare and present reports forecasts and insights to senior management- Use CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas- Drive hiring training and onboarding of telesales associates as neededQualifications - 5 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales with 3 years in a managerial role- Proven experience managing large teams across multiple locations- Strong analytical skills ability to make data-backed decisions- Hands-on experience with sales CRMs and performance dashboards- Excellent communication leadership and people management skills- Strong problem-solving ability and a result-oriented mindset- Bachelor s degree required MBA is a plus - Experience in FinTech Insurance or BPO sectors - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment ref updazz com
