Senior Inside Sales Executive

-We are urgently hiring a Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Okhla Phase 2 Delhi The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B B2C inside sales excellent communication skills and a target-driven mindset Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads through cold calling email campaigns and inbound inquiries- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products services- Follow up consistently and convert leads into potential business opportunities- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve targets- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business- Prepare and present proposals quotations and pricing negotiations Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales preferably in tech service or industrial sales - Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales metrics- Self-motivated proactive and performance-oriented- Comfortable working from the Okhla Phase 2 office location Perks Benefits Attractive incentive structure based on performance- Fast-track growth opportunities- Supportive work environment and team ref updazz com
