Date Posted 2025-09-15 Country India Location No 14 1 15 1 Maruthi Industrial Estate Phase 2 Hoody Village Whitefield Road KR Puram Hobli Bengaluru Karnataka India Position Role Type Unspecified We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bangalore SMP Separation Management Plan Transition Lead to oversee and manage the execution of site-level transition activities as part of our broader SMP Separation Management Plan In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and driving the localized implementation of complex transition plans tied to the divestiture or separation of manufacturing operations ensuring alignment with contractual obligations operational requirements and global program strategy Acting as the key site liaison you will coordinate between central program teams technical experts and local site leadership to ensure all separation activities are executed accurately efficiently and in compliance with business and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of SMP transition activities at the site level ensuring alignment with overall program strategy and timelines Act as the primary site point of contact for all SMP-related transition efforts reporting directly to the Associate Director - SMP Transitions Lead a team of functional experts to achieve contractual obligations Coordinate with site leadership engineering operations supply chain quality and EHS teams to ensure readiness and support for transition activities Track and manage site-specific milestones deliverables and risks escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution and program continuity Facilitate site-based planning sessions technical reviews and readiness assessments to ensure all functional areas are prepared for transition execution Track and facilitate the execution of the buffer stock plan in accordance with contractual obligations Ensure all data documentation and assets are prepared in accordance with contractual obligations program requirements and customer expectations Support the transfer of products processes and knowledge to receiving sites while minimizing disruption to site operations and customer commitments Maintain clear and accurate site-level documentation trackers and status reports to support visibility and transparency across stakeholders Provide regular updates to central PMO and executive leadership on site readiness risk status and critical path activities Champion adherence to safety compliance and quality standards throughout the transition process Support onsite visits audits or meetings related to the SMP transition including interactions with internal and external stakeholders Travel up to 25 may be required to support regional or program-wide coordination efforts What You Will Learn Customer driven strategic projects that will require agile solutions Effective execution of a contractual separation agreement between two large aerospace companies Creative pivotal resolutions for complex customer and supplier relationships Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience 5 years program management CORE Lean Manufacturing or engineering experience Qualifications We Prefer Engineering degree or technical background Experience with manufacturing operations and supply chain Aerospace program management experience Experience with Collins Actuation products Collins Aerospace a Raytheon Technologies company is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry Collins Aerospace has the capabilities comprehensive portfolio and expertise to solve customers toughest challenges and to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global market The next chapter of our future as an aerospace company is here and we are excited about what this means for our employees and customers Get onboard the Collins Aerospace Operations team and play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain and Environment Health Safety EH S across Collins Aerospace In this dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions all while improving the productivity quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide WE ARE REDEFINING AEROSPACE Some of our competitive benefits package includes Benefits package includes -
