This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Location Bengaluru JobType full-time We re looking for a hands-on driven individual to work closely with leadership in building a high-performing team and cultivating an environment where people can thrive This is a high-ownership role involving approximately 70 focus on recruitment and 30 on HR operations You will have full responsibility for the problem statements you take on and will play a crucial role in shaping the organization s talent landscape Requirements Roles Responsibilities Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles and functions Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing screening interviews offers and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate engaging job descriptions Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive process improvements reduce time-to-hire and enhance the quality of hire Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR to attract the right talent Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies labor laws and ethical hiring practices Qualifications Expectations Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter capacity Deep familiarity with ATS platforms sourcing tools and recruitment technologies Exceptional communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced high-volume environment Experience hiring across diverse functions and seniority levels Willingness to work 50-60 hours per week 6 days a week This is a hands-on execution role strategic thinking is welcome but not a substitute for doing the work on the ground Key Skills End-to-End Recruitment Technical Sales Hiring ATS Sourcing Tools Employer Branding Talent Pipeline Management HR Operations
