We are a full-scale agri-trading company actively involved in the end-to-end export and import of agricultural commodities such as rice, pulses, spices, oilseeds, and more. Unlike pure tech platforms, we manage the entire trade lifecycle-from sourcing and supplier engagement to buyer conversion, procurement, logistics, and delivery. Our mission is to build a transparent and scalable trade network connecting reliable Indian producers to global buyers through a combination of digital tools and hands-on operations. About the Role:
As a Global Trade Development Manager, you&aposll drive buyer engagement, manage deal conversations, and close high-value trade contracts in agri-commodities.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, communication, and deal-making in one.
Responsibilities:
Nurture buyer leads passed from the outreach team.
Understand trade requirements, volume needs, and timelines.
Present matching supplier options, negotiate terms and pricing.
Close deals and hand off logistics details to the procurement team.
Maintain buyer relationships for repeat business and expansion.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in agri, export/import, or logistics.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of commodity trading processes is a plus.
