La maison is a new vegan and organic cafe created by three friends an Indian and two French Located in Anjuna-Goa this cafe aims to offer a menu that is both healthy and environment-conscious We are looking for a Commis to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers The Commis will be supporting the cooks in delivering consistently high-quality food Opportunities Discovery of the universe of French and vegan cuisine Work in a multi-cultural team Driven by values of respect for animals the planet and health Job profile Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks Ensure standards and quality in the daily preparation and duties tasks assigned by the superiors Self-update with the new products recipes and preparation techniques Knowledge of standard procedures and policies about food preparation receiving storage and sanitation Awareness of all menu items their recipes methods of production and presentation standards Ensure hygiene cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen including storage and equipment Go to pick up orders from local suppliers when necessary Knowledge of peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits Expected personal skills Reactivity adaptability multitasking and rigor Teamwork and organizational skills Endurance to walk and stand for long hours Flexible work hours Important details Basic knowledge of English will be appreciated Open to freshers Type Full Time 9 hours per day 1 day off per week Part time job is possible too 21 paid leave per year Meals included Accommodation can be provided Joining Period Immediate Apply for this position Salary Rs 12 - 18 k depending on qualification and experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Benefits Food provided Paid time off Accomodation provided Type d emploi Temps plein Temps partiel Remuneration 12 000 00a 18 000 00par mois Capacite a faire le trajet ou a demenager Anjuna Goa Faire le trajet sans probleme ou prevoir un demenagement avant de prendre son poste Optionnel Question s de preselection Where are you currently located Formation High school or equivalent Optionnel Langue Do you speak English Optionnel Lieu du poste En presentiel
