We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our culinary team As a Commis Chef you will assist senior chefs in preparing cooking and presenting dishes while learning and developing your culinary skills You ll be expected to follow kitchen procedures maintain hygiene standards and ensure smooth kitchen operations Key Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of senior chefs Measure weigh and mix ingredients accurately Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times Clean and sanitize workstations utensils and kitchen equipment Assist with stock rotation labeling and storage of ingredients Follow recipes and instructions while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation Support senior chefs during peak service hours Learn and improve cooking techniques knife skills and kitchen operations Adhere to health safety regulations and company policies Skills Qualifications Basic culinary knowledge and passion for cooking Prior kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure Good teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays if required Education Experience Preferred Diploma Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management Experience 0-1 year in a similar role freshers with culinary training are welcome Salary Benefits customize as needed Competitive salary based on experience Free meals during shifts Uniform and laundry provided Training and development opportunities Staff discounts and other benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 15 324 40 - 21 878 52 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 28 08 2025
