The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute CRM campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and App using MoEngage and Gupshup. - Segment customers and personalize communications to improve engagement and retention. - Track campaign performance and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets. - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance the overall customer journey. - Maintain a strong customer-first mindset in all communications. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analytics). - Mandatory experience using MoEngage and Gupshup platforms. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong analytical thinking and a customer-centric attitude.
