If you love organising, creating, analysing, and making things run smoothlythis role is for you. Responsibilities - Support HR operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Handle data with accuracytrack, update, and maintain HR records with utmost confidentiality. - Create engaging content for social media and internal communication. - Assist in event planning, employee engagement activities, and culture initiatives. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Qualifications Requirements - Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Mass Communications, English Literature, or related fields. - currently pursuing a degree may apply, provided they do not have regular college attendance and are only required to appear for exams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office & GSuite. - Basic design skills (Canva/Figma) and content creation ability. - Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work 8 hours/day. - Keen interest in HR and people centric work. Additional Information Duration 6 Months Internship Exceptional performers may receive a PrePlacement Offer (PPO) based on contribution and impact. Stipend: 30KPM
