Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and documentation for new hires. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Assist in planning employee engagement activities and training programs. Handle HR-related queries from employees with professionalism. Prepare HR reports, letters, and basic documentation. Contribute to improving HR processes and overall organizational efficiency. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, confidentiality, and professionalism.
