Duration: 6 Months
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Based on performance
Reporting To: HR Manager or Senior HR Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern for a 6-month unpaid remote internship, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and talent management, while supporting a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate communications.Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.Maintain HR databases and employee records.Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.Participate in payroll, compliance, and HR operations as needed.Assist with documentation, policy updates, and internal communications.Work closely with the HR team to handle day-to-day tasks and special projects.Requirements
Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.Well-organized with attention to detail and time management.Willingness to learn, contribute, and work collaboratively in a remote environment.Prior internship or volunteer HR experience is an advantage.
