Role Overview We are looking for an Associate Director/Director Sales to lead and scale our India & US Sales. The role demands a strong sales leader with deep EdTech experience and proven success in managing high-performing teams across diverse product categories. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing teams, and building sales excellence for both B2C and global markets. Experience with higher-ticket size programs or premium product sales will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and scale a large Inside Sales team managing India and US regions. Own and deliver on sales targets across multiple product categories. Strategize and execute initiatives to optimize conversion rates, team productivity, and customer experience. Build strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive pipeline growth and category performance. Ensure consistent sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting for leadership reviews. Drive sales discipline and accountability across teams through structured review mechanisms. Identify new growth opportunities and best practices to enhance overall sales efficiency. Coach managers and team leads to build scalable, high-performing sales processes. Requirements 1015 years of experience in EdTech or related industries. Proven experience in managing large, distributed sales teams and multi-category operations. Prior exposure to higher ticket size sales or long sales cycle programs (e.g., Executive Education, Global Courses). Strong understanding of sales operations, funnel metrics, and conversion managemen. Hands-on of Zoho. Excellent people management and leadership skills ability to motivate and drive high energy teams. Strong communication and data-driven decision-making ability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 6-day work week environment.
