Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Director based in Gurugram. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, manage and develop a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development - Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management - Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leadership - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
