Job Description RL - Wheels: Product Lead - Auto Loan Branch About the Business Group: The Auto Loans department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bankwhich offers Auto Loans to customers PAN India. About the Role: Product Lead is responsible to achieve business goals and profitability by way of strategic initiatives, monitor placement margin and engaging in business development activities to drive growth and profitability for Branch Channel and act as and act as an enabler to enhance Sales and Sales team. The Product Lead is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution for a sizeable business. They collaborate with cross-functional teams-including operations, credit, Digital Banking, IT, CARO, marketing, HR, and sales and other stakeholders - to define product goals, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. Details of the Role: Department Retail Lending Grade SM/ AVP Sub-Department RL- Wheels Reporting (Business) SVP - I/ SVP - II Location Mumbai Reporting (Matrix) Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for handling Branch Business and managing all channels (Branch, AVC, D2C and Direct) - Driving branch activation, lead management and activation, resource activation & business for each of the branch channel - ADM/BRO/Sales/Salary/DGRO/CSC - Driving Bharat Bank Vs Non-Bharat Bank numbers & maintaining required branch mix in the overall New Car& Used Car Loan business - Onboarding and Training various Branch Channel Partners for sourcing business. Work on API Integration with Channel Partner to make them digitally enabled - Branch Engagement: Designing & revamping of Ready Reckoners, Training Material, Marketing Collaterals, Knowledge Series, One Pagers, EDMs having product proposition, USPs, offering for sales ease & reference - Carrying out display activities and engagement with Top OEMs to generate incremental leads for various customer segments - Liaising with various stakeholders like BIU, Collections, Sales, F&A, Risk and Regional Business Planning Team for finalization of annual budgets for Branch - Database upload activity: Identification & pushing the database to Branches for calling & Lead generation. Drive Pre-qualified customers penetration from Digital and Non Digital Platform - Regular cadences for Bharat banking performance - Sales and Product, Lead status, ADM Review Calls - Preparing relevant dashboards to monitor Business Performance (Digital and Non-Digital) and Other parameters - Monthly Branch & Resource Training Program Qualifications: - Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute - 5+ years of work experience Role Proficiencies: - Strong understanding of retail banking products. - Proficient in capitalizing on business opportunities for Auto Loans, understanding and resolving the challenges and gaps faced in the business - Key competence in management of diverse internal and external stakeholders, complex client and partner relationships - Knowledge of latest developments in market and industry, ability to translate and implement the same to drive business - Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Skill in managing teams coaching and mentoring team members - Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to converse and be impactful across all levels internally as well as at a client's organization.
