Position Title Regional Sales SpecialistExperience 0-2 YearsLocation Pune Skills set B2B solution -based sales sales experience End to end saleKey Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales across Maharashtra and nearby states focusing on both new client acquisition and existing account management - Plan schedule and conduct regular client visits product presentations and demos across different cities within the assigned region - Identify and pursue new business opportunities generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships - Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets - Maintain timely and accurate reports on sales activities client feedback and market trends - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery - Represent the company at trade shows networking events and industry forums as needed Required Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory - Up to 2 years of proven sales experience preferably in B2B or solution-based sales - Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a sales territory - Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and nearby states - Proficiency in English Hindi and Marathi ref updazz com
