We are hiring for Sales Specialist for prestigious German MNC specializing in the Ophthalmic Industry for Aurangabad, Maharashtra location . The Company is renowned for pioneering advancements in eye care, are committed to enhancing vision health and improving lives globally. Purpose of the Role: Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vision sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets. Description of the role: • Will be responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers within territory • Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers • Will be responsible for distributor reviews • Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. • Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel RequirementsEssential Knowledge and Skills: • The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities. • Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist. • Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments. • Self -motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities. • Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges Requirements: • Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales • Excellent Communication skills • Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumer products industry • Strong channel & distribution management skills
