Job Description

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will take end-to-end ownership of lead management, client acquisition, and relationship management, ensuring consistent sales growth and a strong brand presence in the B2B perfume space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management

Identify, qualify, and manage incoming business leads through CRM systems, digital channels, exhibitions, and referrals.

Maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

2. Client Reachout

Proactively reach out to potential clients including distributors, retail chains, hospitality groups, and corporate buyers.

Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.

Deliver compelling product pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

3. Client Management

Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key B2B clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, orders, and account support.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual growth and profitability.

4. Reporting & Targets

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
