Job Description About Dermatouch Dermatouch is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand delivering dermatologist-tested and science-backed skincare solutions. We are expanding our B2B vertical and are looking for a dedicated Team Lead (Lead Process) to manage our lead handling operations. Role Overview The Team Lead Lead Process (B2B) will be responsible for overseeing a team of lead executives who handle incoming leads, nurture them, and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. This role focuses on process supervision, team performance management, and pipeline reporting, rather than direct client handling.Key Responsibilities - Manage and guide a team of lead executives handling B2B leads. - Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-ups by the team. - Track lead status, pipeline movement, and closure timelines. - Ensure team members adhere to SOPs for lead handling. - Motivate, coach, and monitor team performance on a daily basis. - Coordinate with sales & business development teams for smooth handover of qualified leads. - Prepare and maintain MIS/reports on leads, conversions, and team productivity. - Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field. - 25 years of experience in lead management/team handling (preferably in B2B, telesales, inside sales, or D2C). - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication & coordination ability. - Knowledge of CRM/lead management tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred. - Organized, process-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
