Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives across large enterprise clients, with a strong focus on Public Sector (PSUs) entities. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in System Integration and IT Solutions Sales, capable of navigating complex procurement environments and influencing senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Enterprise Sales Strategy: Drive business development efforts across large enterprise accounts with a focus on government and PSU sectors
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior bureaucrats, government officials and key decision-makers to influence buying decisions
- Tender & Compliance Expertise: Navigate government procurement processes, tenders, and compliance frameworks with precision and foresight
- Partner Ecosystem Management: Collaborate with OEMs and strategic partners to co-create winning go-to-market strategies and joint value propositions
- Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape business strategy
- Bid Management: Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and bid documentation that align with client expectations and compliance norms
- Consultative Selling: Engage with consulting and advisory bodies to identify new opportunities and drive them to closure

Role Competency:

- Experience: 1012 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise sales targeting large accounts and PSU clients
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals in enterprise and public sector environments
- Domain Expertise: Must have worked in a System Integration company with deep exposure to selling IT solutions to PSUs
- Education: Engineering degree is required; MBA is preferred
- Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, tendering processes, and contract management
- Network: Established relationships with senior government officials and key OEMs
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence high-level stakeholders
