Job Description
We are hiring a proactive and energetic Franchise Development Executive (FDE) to support
our franchise sales team. The FDE will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging
franchise leads, sharing initial information, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Franchise
Development Manager (FDM). This is a lead qualification and appointment-setting role that
feeds directly into our franchise expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to franchise leads shared by the marketing or campaign team.
- Share key information about i2Global's franchise offerings and investment options.
- Understand the prospect's intent, investment capability, and background before
- Schedule qualified leads for virtual meetings with the FDM.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and response tracking.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and monthly VM scheduling goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Business or Communications).
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele calling, inside sales, or lead qualification
- (preferably in franchising or EdTech).
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to identify qualified prospects and move them into the sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
Salary Up to 4 LPA
