About Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, expand our client base, and develop new business opportunities. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals across key markets.

Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the strategic Marketing and Client Relationship activities.
• Head hunt clients through different social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Should have good knowledge in content making and social media posting.
• To find prospect and meet potential clients.
• Client relationship management.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and close high-value deals.
Strong knowledge of [industry or domain, e.g., SaaS, B2B enterprise, healthcare, fintech].
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
