We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for Client Acquisition
We are looking for dynamic professionals with 2–3 years of experience in B2B client acquisition , particularly in dealing with corporate. This is an individual contributor (IC) role where the candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client acquisition cycle —from networking and lead generation to pitching presentations, negotiations, on boarding, and business proposal closures.
Key Requirements:
· Strong communication skills in English
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
· Willingness to meet clients in person for closures
· Prior experience in the insurance sector preferred
· Candidates from Banca or Agency development backgrounds will not be considered. Candidates only from service industry.
Open Positions: 4 (North, East, West, and South Bangalore)
Each BDM will handle client acquisition and sales closures within their respective zone.
Work Model: Hybrid
Compensation:
· Salary up to ₹8 LPA
· Incentives: 12% – 25% of revenue generated
· Additional benefits: Health Insurance + Travel Allowance
Interview Process:

2. In-person Interview with the Sales Head at HO
3. Final In-person Interview with the Founder at HO
