About the Role

The role involves generating leads based on defined target profiles and requires expertise in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and LinkedIn Navigator. The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B sales environment, with a preference for those with staffing industry experience.

Responsibilities

- Generate Leads based on defined Target Profiles.
- Expert-level with social media platforms; LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator.
- Data Analysis Analyzing existing and incoming data to look at industry trends to help in identifying our target audience.
- Marketing Strategy Develop a strategy that aligns with our goals and objectives.
- Proficient with HubSpot CRM Ability to create Cadence / Sequences.

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in marketing communication and lead generation.

Required Skills

- Expert-level proficiency with social media platforms.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM.

Preferred Skills

- Experience within the staffing industry.
