- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience from arrival to departure
- Assist guests with inquiries related to menu, retail products, store layout, and brand philosophy
- Handle billing, orders, and product exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction
