Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Service Associate located in Bengaluru. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, understanding and recommending menu items, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Duties also include setting up dining areas, addressing any guest concerns promptly, and collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.

Qualifications

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Analytical Skills: Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Finance: Basic understanding of finance for handling billing and payments
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
