Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As an F&B Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, including the buffet area, tables, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with food preparation, including labeling buffet dishes and completing TBS checklists on product knowledge.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests with smiles, offering assistance with coats, bags, etc., and introducing yourself.
  • Ensure that all service procedures are carried out to the highest standards required.
  • Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.
