The Administrative Coordinator in the Support Servicesis responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Principals and Managers, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks. The role involves managing calendars, travel, meetings, office coordination, and supporting employees with administrative queries, while working independently with minimal supervision. What You'll Do: - Manage and maintain schedules forPrincipalandManager. - Maketravel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and boarding and lodging. - Providereal-time scheduling support, including booking appointments and managing conflicts. - Handle generaloffice tasksand day-to-day administrative activities. - Manageexpense filingand related documentation. - Coordinateinter-office requirementsacrossIndiaandglobaloffices. - Overseetime entry managementfor Principals and Managers. - Assist employees withadministrative queriesand direct them to the appropriate point of contact. - Organizeteam dine-in / dine-outarrangements. - Managemeeting room reservations. - Prepareagendasand plan forclientand other internal meetings. - Compile, transcribe, and distributeminutes of meetings. - Set up and overseeadministrative policies and proceduresfor the office and/or organization. - Interpret and implementadministrative and operating policies and procedures. - Arrangemementos / giftsfor clients. - Coordinateinternal / external conferences / meetingsat hotels or other venues. - Coachjunior team membersand guide them in their day-to-day work. - Manage logistics for office-level events and leadership visits What You'll Bring: - Graduate in any discipline or DiplomainBusiness Administration. - At least4-5 yearsofadministrative experience. - Computer literate, with proficiency inMicrosoft Outlook (calendar),Word,Excel, andPowerPoint. - Possesses apleasant dispositionand professionalmannerism. - Good spoken and written English. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Fluency in English - Client-first mentality - Intense work ethic - Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach How you'll grow: - Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways - Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities - Internal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansions Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
