Teckborn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure seamless communication across departments. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and assisting management in coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams . Key Responsibilities Vendor & Client Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients Manage follow-ups, documentation, agreements, and communications Track deliverables, ensure timely responses, and maintain strong relationships Internal Operations Support Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications Maintain records, reports, and administrative databases Support HR and Operations in onboarding, attendance, and basic compliance tasks Assist various departments in workflow tracking and process alignment Administrative & Financial Support Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as documentation, filing, emails, and reporting Assist in preparing invoices, payment follow-ups, and basic financial entries Support management in preparing MIS reports and operational summaries Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounts background is an added advantage ) 1–3 years of experience in Administrative/Operations roles Excellent communication and coordination abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
