Role Area Sales Officer - BangaloreWe are looking for an Area Sales Officer based in Bangalore to develop and strengthen our presence across Mumbai and the Maharashtra region Cytron is rapidly expanding in major retail chains and this role will be responsible for driving retail excellence in the region Role Purpose- To drive Cytron s sell-out staff advocacy and brand visibility across Large Format Retailers Croma Reliance- Digital Vijay Sales Bajaj Electronics through retail training field operations influencing produc recommendations and accurate reporting Key Responsibilities Retail Staff Training - Train store staff on Cytron products including Qi2 chargers GaN chargers power banks cables and hubs - Conduct morning huddles refreshers and demonstrations - Explain strengths vs URBN Ambrane Boat Belkin Anker - Maintain training logs attendance and test scores In-Store Sales Execution - Drive sell-out in assigned stores - Influence store staff to recommend Cytron - Support customer conversion with demos - Ensure planogram execution visibility and price accuracy Retail Operations Retail Math - Perform stock checks RTV FIFO planogram compliance - Use basic retail math sell-out vs sell-in attach rate ASP stock cover - Update daily weekly reports using Google Sheets Competition Intelligence - Track competitor offers new SKUs pricing visibility - Submit weekly insights with photos Retailer Relationship Management - Build rapport with Store Managers Department Heads - Participate in events activations and brand showcases Key Performance Indicators KPIs - Sell-out growth per store - Training coverage advocacy score - Reporting accuracy - Stock availability compliance - Attach rate improvement - Visit disciplineCore Competencies - Strong influencing and communication skills - Discipline and operational clarity - Interest in gadgets accessories - Retail math comfort - Adaptability quick thinking - Relationship-building ability ref updazz com
