As a Sales Representative, you will represent our venue, showcasing its banquet facilities, and managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, while providing an outstanding experience for clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, events, and sales.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Lead Generation: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals, and attending industry events. Prospecting: Actively research potential corporate clients, including businesses, organizations, and associations that may require banquet or event services. Sales Outreach: Conduct regular outreach to prospects via email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to promote banquet and corporate event offerings. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, highlighting our venue’s facilities, services, and unique selling points to secure bookings. Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by maintaining regular contact and addressing their needs throughout the sales cycle. 2. Corporate Sales & Event Coordination: Corporate Bookings: Focus on selling event spaces for corporate functions, meetings, conferences, product launches, team-building events, and other business-related gatherings. Banquet Sales: Promote the venue for private and corporate banquets, weddings, galas, and social events, ensuring each client receives customized service to match their requirements. Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to understand their event needs and propose tailored packages that align with their budget, goals, and expectations. Event Details Coordination: Liaise with the operations and event planning teams to ensure smooth communication and successful event execution. Ensure that client expectations are met during the planning and on the day of the event. Venue Tours: Conduct guided tours of the venue, showcasing available banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and amenities to prospective clients. 3. Quotation & Contract Management: Proposal Preparation: Create detailed proposals and customized event packages based on client requirements, including pricing, catering options, and additional services (e.g., AV equipment, decorations, etc.). Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring profitability and competitiveness. Contract Management: Prepare and finalize event contracts, ensuring that all details are correct, and that client deposits and payments are tracked and collected in a timely manner. 4. Customer Service and Client Satisfaction: Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up. Be responsive and attentive to client needs, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Client Feedback: After events, follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 5.
