Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and call center software. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities are a plus.
