Job Overview

We are looking for a well-spoken and well-groomed Room Service Attendant with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle in-room dining orders efficiently, maintain service standards, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take and deliver room service orders promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate politely and clearly with guests while taking orders (in person or over the phone).
  • Set up trays or trolleys neatly and deliver food and beverages in a professional manner.
  • Ensure timely clearance of trays and crockery after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room service area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle billing and ensure guest signatures for all orders.
  • Attend to any special guest requests or complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Follow hotel SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and grooming standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
